To prepare the grilled peach tea, start by preheating your grill to medium heat.
Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
Place the peach halves on the grill, cut side down, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until grill marks are visible.
While the peaches are grilling, bring the water to a boil in a small pot.
Once boiling, remove from heat and steep the tea bags for approximately 5 minutes.
After grilling, allow the peaches to cool slightly before chopping them into smaller pieces.
Combine the grilled peaches and steeped tea in a pitcher, and if desired, sweeten with honey or sugar.
Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
